On the afternoon of November 17, the strategic cooperation signing ceremony of Jinzhou Municipal Government, Liaoning University of Technology and Baidu Group was held. Wang Xinyu, Jinzhou Deputy Secretary of Jinzhou Municipal Party Committee, Mayor, attended the signing ceremony and presided over the symposium.
