On the occasion of the 36th International Volunteer Day, the Central Committee of the Communist Youth League and Chinese Youth Volunteer Association made a decision for commendation to award 258 people nationwide with the 13th “excellent individual award of Chinese Youth Volunteers”, 100 the 13th “excellent organization award of Chinese Youth Volunteers” and 100 the 13th “excellent project award of Chinese Youth Volunteers”. Nurimanguli·Mutailipu of our university won the “13th excellent individual award of Chinese Youth Volunteers” among them. Only two colleges and universities in Liaoning Province won this award.
According to the notice of the General Office of the Central Committee of the Communist Youth League on carrying out the selection and commendation activities of the 13th excellent individual award, organization award and project award of Chinese Youth Volunteers forwarded by the Provincial Youth League Committee, the selection and commendation activities started from mid-August. The Youth League Committee of our university implemented the qualification, conditions and procedures for participating in the evaluation strictly, and carried out qualification examination and strict investigation in accordance with the principles of fairness, impartiality, openness and strictness. After preferred recommendation and level by level selection, Nurimanguli·Mutailipu from the College of Economics and Management of our university won the “13th excellent individual award of Chinese Youth Volunteers”.
The Youth League Committee of our university attached great importance to the voluntary service of young students in the university; continued to build a platform; improved the incentive mechanism; established models; showed the ideals and beliefs, love, goodwill and responsibility of young volunteers in our university constantly; and guided the Youth League members to make contributions in the new era and new journey.
